I have extra "fang" teeth in my gums in the front of my mouth and an overbite. I feel like braces would help but I'm unsure especially since I'm overall satisfied with my teeth excluding the extras. How would my dentist be able to move my adult teeth to their right spot where my baby teeth current are? How long would this take?
