When will this heavy feeling in my forehead go away?

Unfortunately  it will take at least 3 months for the effects of Botox to wear off. Since it’s been a month since you got the Botox treatment you only have two months to go. Hang in there.

Thank you for your question. The heavy feeling you are experiencing is due to a high dose of Dysport injected into the forehead. As Botox is temporary the results will wear off in 3-4 months. I recommend having a follow up with your injector. Best of Luck!

Sorry you are not thrilled with your treatment. The heaviness will usually ease up after 6 weeks so hopefully you will get a little movement back soon and be able to lift your eyebrows again. It takes between 3-5 months generally for the effects to fully wear off so hang in there. Next time if you decide to try it again make sure to let your physician know that you prefer a much lower dose that allows for just a little relaxation with movement still present. Usually the dose can be tailored to the patients desires. I wish you the best.

The heavy feeling is due to the fact that the muscle is no longer active but this wears off gradually over the few months that the benefit lasts so you should be feeling better soon

The heavy feeling is due from a high dose of Dysport at the forehead area. However, it should improve soon as Dysport last on average 3 to 4 months. A lower number of units and higher injections on the forehead will prevent this feeling in the future. All the best, Dr. Michon

The frozen look and the heavy feeling is due to the large amount of Dysport or any Neuroregulator injected in the forehead.  This is a trade off to wrinkling the forehead.  It is something that I warn my patients who are concerned with forehead wrinkles specially if one has heavy brows or is very expressive !!  It will gradually wear of for the normal duration of the Dysport ( 3-4 months ) or may be sooner depending on your speed of recovery !
