I had an ICL surgery a month ago. I had very clear vision for 10 days and then blurry vision after. Can it be corrected?

Yes, there is no problem with your request. You can safely undergo eyebrow threading 1 year after ICL surgery. In fact, it is probably safe at month 1 or 2 after surgery.
