7 months post veneers, and heard that using mouthwash with alcohol can weaken the bond, is that true?

i got glamsmile veneers on m front 6 teeth about 7 months ago and only found out today that apparently using alcohol mouthwash makes the bond between teeth and veneer weak. is this true? i was never told about this by my dentist or beforehand at all.

I appreciate your question. 
The strength of the bond between your tooth and the veneer is highly technique and skill sensitive and dependent on the materials used. The alcohol in mouthwash should not have any effect on a properly bonded veneer, but if you still have concerns about this issue you should contact the dentist that placed the veneers and schedule an in-person exam.

If you have real porcelain veneers, ( not composite or plastic types) - then the bond to your teeth, and the condition of the veneers should NOT be affected by the mouth wash you use.
