I also agree microneeding RF is a much more reliable and effective treatment for stimulating both collagen and elastin in the area treated.  Sculptra can also be used to build collagen depending on the area treated and desired results because it is a completely different therapy and outcome. Ultherapy is unreliable and uncomfortable. kh
