I had a Plasma Pen procedure in May 2020 and was not properly pre-treated. When I noticed that my pigmentation had lightened where the plasma pen procedure was done, the nurse did 3 additional procedures on my neck in one sitting. She did a Traditional Micro-Needling, Micro-Needling with RF, and an IPL. After these procedures were done, the white spots became hypertrophic. Now I have white dots all over my neck. PLEASE HELP! I am completely devastated by this!

Pigment left from plasma pen or any other treatment is usually from sun exposure to the area not yet healed. For pigment, there are several products that may help, chemical peels, and even laser treatments to remove the pigment.
I recommend getting a formal evaluation with a cosmetic dermatologist to go over your desired results. Facial fillers (like Voluma, Restylane, Juvederm) can be used to improve the symmetry of the nose, but surgery would be needed to improve nostrils or overall shape. Best to see an expert. - D...
Hello - yes! Plasma pen tightens skin, kind of like shrink-wrapping it. This would be my treatment of choice for this neck band. I hope this helps.
