Question

have done my teeth treatment in India by an orthodontist in that treatment he placed permanent retainers behind my upper jaw teeth on middle four teeth but due to some reason now my teeth started coming back to its initial positions now what should I do? I have currently migrated from India? Can I buy a pair of retainers online or should I go to a dentist? And the problem is as I told I currently migrated from India we cant afford the treatment.

You need to have a consultation with an orthodontist in your area. It appears the bonded retainer, placed behind the upper 4 front teeth as you describe, has come off. You now have a relapse and need treatment again if you want straight teeth and a good bite. Retainers will just keep your teeth as they are right now. By the way, I would not recommend buying retainers online in the future. Retainers need to be delivered or fit for you by an orthodontist, or at a minimum, by a dentist who also provides orthodontic treatment so that they fit perfectly and retainer adjustments can be made if needed.
