I have been using retinaA 0,05% for a month and a half now, aswell cetaphil acne prone sunscreen spf 30 and cetaphil face wash for a month now but my skin is dry peeling and painful when I touch it Ocasionally I put on morning pee and salt scrub and bicarbonate of soda

Stop everything that you are doing and see a skin specialist or dermatologist. Use of urine and sodium bicarbonate is also not recommended.

Hi Simtha,Please do not apply pee, salt or sodium bicarbonate to your skin. Please seek the help of a skin care professional - a dermatologist or licensed esthetician. I applaud your daily spf usage. Please continue with this. You are literally rubbing your skin raw with a salt and baking soda. I am not surprised that your skin is painful to touch. The baking soda is disrupting the protective barrier of your skin and doing so much damage. The pee is completely unnecessary, not to mention unsanitary. There are so many amazing skin care products on the market, please pick some up.
