You may have had a small arteriole "break", although it would be unusual for this to happen two weeks after the surgery. It could be that you might have had a minor injury to your nose around that time that broke a weakened vessel or, if absorbable sutures were used, one might have been absorbed prematurely. I would suggest you see the surgeon who performed the repair at your earliest convenience. Depending on exactly what occurred, you could be left with some unwanted pigmentation in that area.                                            jlr
