Hello there,Implants can be made "imperfect" to resemble your teeth prior to the implants. However, it's something that you have to make sure that your dentist knows how to do. I have a bigger question, have you completely ruled-out more conservative treatment like crowns and veneers. I imagine that you think your teeth are in pretty bad shape, but I've had several patients travel to my office after being told that they need all of their teeth pulled and implants placed, only to find that they were great candidates for crowns, veneers, and bridges. The benefit to going the route of crowns, veneers and bridges, is that you maintain your natural tooth roots and part or most of your natural tooth structure. Maintaining your real roots will drastically help save your gums and underlying bone that holds your teeth. The cost of crowning, veneering and bridging every tooth is expensive, but a lot less than what you would pay at Clear Choice Dental Implants. These are just things to consider before pulling all your teeth and getting implants. Always check out the before and afters of any dentist you may consider. Good luck and I hope this helps.
