I just lost my upper right baby canine tooth I am 36 years .what is the best solution now?

Actually, it appears that you are missing your upper right lateral incisor, and your upper right cuspid has moved into that spot.  The area where the tooth is visibly missing appears to be your upper right first premolar.The best solution without question is to have a dental implant.  Another good alternative is to place a fixed 3-tooth porcelain bridge (one that is not removable).  The least preferred treatment is some type of removable partial denture.

Well the best options depends on what your X-rays or preferably a ct scan to evaluate your bone quality for possible implants.    If immediate work is desired. Emax or zirconia bridges will serve well too and the work can be done in a day. You may have done dental needs otherthan just the missing tooth.  Hope your get your smile back the way you want soon. With computer assisted dentistry you smile can be fixed in a day.
