Hello doctor, I'm 22 years old male overjet and overbite, congenitally missing both lower incisors. I'm feeling uncomfortable with my teeth, often bite them hard, tilt my lower chin forward and get the constrained feeling on my joint. It also doesnt look good. A local ortho told me i can either extract two upper teeth or to do a jaw surgery. I'd like to get more opinion on what other options do i have and whether invisalign is an option. I have attached X-ray scans and some pictures. Thanks,Jamie
