Is there a risk with Mesotherapy injection in face?

Now i have to get the mesotherapy injection in my face, just first time. I am worry about for 5 to 10years later that can make a risk on my face look like the chinese model that she have alot of silicone injection. I want to know that this service is good for face or not? I just do it the first time and now i want to continue it, can i continue or stop it? What the risk on the face for many year later? Can explain how to be risk, it make me easy to decide it. Thanks you.
