It requires more than one treatment with the VBeam for redness. Usually 3 are needed. Don't be discouraged. I would discuss with your doctor. I use Excel V now instead of VBeam for better outcomes.

No, not using moisturiser for a week is highly unlikely to affect the outcome.However, skincare is important and if you are having treatment because of facial redness, rosacea etc, uv protection is even more important in maintaining the results.

In order to avoid sensitivity I would recommend discontinuing Finacea for a couple of days prior to your laser appointment.
