Can PDO threads improve a flat nasal radix?

Hello. I recently got PDO threads and fillers in my nose, and I am planning to get a second treatment soon. I was wondering if PDO threads can be inserted, whether through the bottom of the nose or the glabella region, to heighten a flat nasal radix? Are there any risks of inserting PDO threads through the top of my nose? On the side, my nose starts slightly below my eye, and I prefer my nose to start higher.
