One would need to examine the area up close to determine if it’s normal. However, if the density is unchanged from photos you have from 5 and 10 years ago, it’s likely normal.

This most likely a normal whorl. Because of your black and,  light scal color and the change in dirrection of the hair, the whorl stands out.
