Beard transplanted hair too thick. How can I make my beard hair thinner/weaker/more natural?

The hair on the head is thicker than beard hair, as a result my beard looks unnatural, maybe it's because the doctor placed follicles with multiple hairs at the cheek line. Is there a way to Lazer the follicles to become single haired or make it give out weaker hair? Follow up question I've seen transplant doctors disagree whether multiple haired follicles can be used for beard or not. What is the right answer? And how sure are you about it?

Bumps can occur even in the best of hands. The key is that after the extraction, the grafts are looked at under the microscope and the excess skin surrounding the follicle is there is trimmed. This is why beard cases are more complex! Hope that helps!
