Had lasik surgery 31 days ago My vision on both eyes is still some what blurry.. but once I put in eye drops for dryness vision becomes crystal clear but only temporarily 15 seconds. My question is When will I get to see clear like when I put in eye drops ? Did my surgery go well since I see very clear with drops even tho only for couple of seconds ? Or if it’s just the fluid fooling me into seeing clear.

There are a few different reasons why your vision might be fluctuating after LASIK surgery. The most common causes are dryness and inflamation. The great news is that these are both temporary and can easily be treated with eye drops. I cannot say what is causing your fluctuation in vision...
It is not unusual for individuals with this kind of Refractive error to experience transient near sightedness after surgery. This usually passes over several weeks.
You can see this side effect from laser flap creation or inflammation in the flap interface. It usually does get better. But if not progressing, I would make sure the surgeon heard your concern and see him/her in the next 2 weeks or so.
