I decided to do an implant bridge and pulled out all upper teeth this morning and having a temporary bridge for 6months. Mine is too long and big. I can't close my lips. (see the right bottom pic) when you smile you don't notice but I look like I am having a Jim Carey's "mask" teeth. My gums still swelling but no more breeding. I told my dentist these were too long..I paid a lot of $$$$ already and have to wear it next 6 mons? Could you give me some advice, please? I am so depressed..Thank you!
