Probably need braces again, frustrated. Advice? (photos)

The reason your overjet has returned and your upper and lower front teeth are excessively slanted forward is because you don't have adequate space to properly align your teeth. What should have been done is to develop your dental arches BEFORE trying to straighten your teeth. This can be easily accomplished with arch development appliances. The good news is that a lot of orthodontists would have extracted bicuspid teeth to create the necessary space and it appears that your orthodontist didn't do that. Yours is a much easier fix. But you will need to develop the arches with a removable appliance and then straighten the teeth.Good luck!

Your teeth are in the wrong position relative to the rest of your facial structures.  They are also at a less than ideal "slant"  there are several options to fix this, but first you have to find an orthodontist that knows that a good smile is more than just aligning the teeth.  visit several orthodontist, find one that talks about moving the teeth back to a more balance position in your face, then get treatment from them.
