Nausea and diarrhea a month after sleeve gastrectomy. Advice?

Unfortunate chronic nausea can be associated with any of the bariatric procedures.  You need to be worked up by a bariatric surgeon.  Has your gall bladder been checked? Have you had an EGD or endoscopy looking for gastritis or ulcers?  Have you received an upper gi which may show strictures or sharp angles in the sleeve.  Finally, if all these tests are negative, I do a diagnostic laparoscopy and lysis of adhesions (scar tissue removal).  A lot of the times the symptoms may be do to scar tissues.  

It sounds like you're experiencing significant discomfort, and given that your symptoms started a month after surgery and have lasted for two weeks, there could be several possible causes. They may need to run tests, check for any complications, and possibly adjust your diet or medications. Dehydration is also a risk with frequent vomiting and diarrhea, so make sure you’re staying hydrated as best as you can. Don't wait too long to seek medical advice—getting checked out sooner rather than later will help identify the cause and get you back on track with healing.
