Hello and thank you for your question. Solasodine is used in the treatment of cancer. To my knowledge it is not used for hair loss. I believe using Minoxidil is what you should be using to treat hair loss issues. If your doctor insists on you using Solasodine you might go for a second opinion. I wish you the best.
Great question. There are many, many hair growth products in the market at the moment. However, most of them don't have any human clinical research studies to support the product's effectivity. I couldn't find any Solasodine human hair loss clinical studies. So, I will suggest you to use topical Minoxidil that is approved by the FDA. Also, I recommend oral Finasteride (0.25- 1 mg) and/or topical Minoxidil (2% or 5%) or oral Dutasteride (in some cases) only to my hair loss patients. Good luck.
Solasodine is a cytotoxic chemotherapy drug used in the treatment of cancer. It has known potent risks which makes it dangerous for uses such as hair loss

The supply of donor hair in a Class 7 pattern patient (you) is only 20% of the total original hair. Only half of it can be used. That means that 10% of the original hair will have to cover the balding area (80% of your scalp). Unless you have great donor density, the math does not...
Hello, great question. A hot shower can increase the absorption rate of Minoxidil but not if the scalp is wet.
Thank you for your question, This needs an in-person evaluation. I suggest seeing a hair loss expert now to evaluate and go over your condition and provide you information about your best treatment options. There are great non-invasive options like prp/progesterone and/or hair transplantation. ...
