Folded Muscle; what exactly does this mean?

I had my implants removed 4 days ago under general anesthesia, no capsule removed, nor no drains put after surgery. I informed my surgeon that my left breast felt uncomfortable and he said because my muscle had a fold. What exactly does that mean? Will it harm or make me look deformed later? He prescribed muscles relaxers.

I don't know what that means, but your surgeon should. Since she/he is the one who saw the issue, it would be best to address the question to them.
