Can I Buy Cosmelan 1 Online and Have a Doctor Apply It for Me?

I live in Turkey and they don't have Cosmelan treatments here so i was thinking if its possible to buy the Treatment online and have a dermatologist over here administer the Mask here...Or is there something special that the doctor needs to do?

Our office specializes in scar treatment in Los Angeles. Cosmelan and Melarase AM and Melarase PM creams are used to treat pigmentation associated with acne scars, but not acne itself.
