I use artificial tear (refresh liquigel), when I think its getting worse and I consulted my surgeon 1 year ago as well, he advised that he cannot do surgery again because these are not significant changes, but 6 months ago I failed at seaman medical test due to not having 6/6 vision and still I feel its getting worse not rapidly but slowly.Need Help asap

Hopefully, taking care of the dry eye will improve the vision and comfort.If there is a remnant prescription issue, you will still need to address the dryness first.In my experience, the fastest way to resolve the dryness issue is unfrozen autologous serum twice a day for two months.
