Had LASIK 2.5 years ago when I was 19 and now my eyes gets dried up and feel my vision is getting worse. What can I do?

I use artificial tear (refresh liquigel), when I think its getting worse and I consulted my surgeon 1 year ago as well, he advised that he cannot do surgery again because these are not significant changes, but 6 months ago I failed at seaman medical test due to not having 6/6 vision and still I feel its getting worse not rapidly but slowly.Need Help asap
