My Dog Scratched My Eye. I recently had LASIK (Photo)

In 2014, my Retriever scratched my right eye.Now,I have continuous discomfort in the right eye (I feel like something is in there), it's red, vision sometimes is hazy, & my eye itches a lot.I recently had LASIK & the ophthalmologist prescribed Zymaxid, Durezol, & Lotemax (none worked). She said that she can't seem to see that anything is wrong with my eye except that one blood vessel appears to be damaged & she recommended that I go to another eye doctor to get a second opinion.Any ideas?

If your dog
scratched the white part of your eye, you likely had a conjunctival abrasion at
the site of the injury.  The
conjunctiva is the clear membrane covering the white of the eye.  Typically this heals without any
problem.  However, it is not
uncommon to have dryness of the eye occur following an injury like this, and
this dryness can persist indefinitely. 
Dry eye can cause itching, redness, prominent blood vessels, and hazy
vision.  You may want to see a dry
eye specialist for treatment and see if this helps.

The problem may be bigger than just blood vessel damage. Just by photographs its hard to tell what exactly has happened. A examination of interior of your eyes is recommended. Its good if you go for second opinion without any further delay.
