My wisdom teeth are coming out, and behind my wisdom teeth on my upper jaw there are two hard lumps (one on each side). The one on my right is bigger, more swollen and more painful. I don't know if this is normal and if it is, what is it? I've had it for a few years. Picture attached isn't my teeth but showing the spots where the bumps are. I didn't know where else to ask.

As the body heals, the area will no longer need the stitches, and they will automatically dissolve/fall out. However, if you are experiencing extreme pain or really bad breath, it is time to see the dentist who placed the stitches.
You may have dry socket. It is common to get dry socket a few days after an extraction with excruciating pain. As your dentist or surgeon to evaluate the area for dry socket.
You can eat almost whatever you want so long as you're comfortable. I wouldn't eat anything like chips or nuts that can break into small pieces and get lodged in the sockets. If you're feeling ok, you should be fine to move on to more solid foods.
