Mesotherapy of Dermaheal Stem Crum HL - Product not used as specified - injected in the Dermis instead of the Epidermis

M26, hair loss after Covid. I got 7 mesotherapies for reducing hair loss. 6 of them were over the whole scalp with a small needle, the 7th was a Stem Crum HL mesotherapy which he said needed to be injected in the Dermis instead of the Epidermis. Proceeded to inject it at 9 places in the scalp, painful and deeper in the scalp. 1 month later diffuse shedding increased. Hasn't stopped for 6 months, was the product used properly? I was shedding before, but after this, I lost much more hair

Mesotherapy is not considered effective for male pattern hair loss by most physicians. Any trauma to your scalp including injections can stress already fragile hair follicles causing increased hair loss. This is almost predictable. 
I think the best approach to male hair loss is either accept it and cut your hair short or consult with highly experienced hair transplant providers. 
It’s not really possible to inject in the epidermis. The epidermal layer is dead skin cells and the layer is extremely thin. The epidermis is thinner than the tip of the needle on most parts of the body with exceptions being the palms of the hands and soles of the feet. 
I suggest sticking to treatments that have a strong record of being consistently effective.
