Mesotherapy of Dermaheal Stem Crum HL - Product not used as specified - injected in the Dermis instead of the Epidermis

M26, hair loss after Covid. I got 7 mesotherapies for reducing hair loss. 6 of them were over the whole scalp with a small needle, the 7th was a Stem Crum HL mesotherapy which he said needed to be injected in the Dermis instead of the Epidermis. Proceeded to inject it at 9 places in the scalp, painful and deeper in the scalp. 1 month later diffuse shedding increased. Hasn't stopped for 6 months, was the product used properly? I was shedding before, but after this, I lost much more hair
