What can I do to fix the scar tissue in my lip, and what can I do for my uneven teeth? (photo)

Long story short I misinterpreted the length of a jump and landed down face first on cement steps and broke my front tooth (can be seen in the picture). I also bit down on my bottom lip and had to get 15 stitches but I got this annoying lump....On another topic, I can see that I should probably resort to braces, but what can I do for my bottom back teeth which are just extremely short, and give me this fake overbite. When I bite down, my top row of teeth completely conceal my bottom row.

It is difficult to evaluate your case with no photos. I would recommend a consultation with an experienced cosmetic dentist to evaluate your teeth and smile. Veneers are a great option to increase size of teeth if necessary and to create harmony and symmetry for your smile.

Based on the photos, your arches are narrow and as a result show as dark spaces in the back when you smile. You can have orthodontic treatment to expand the arches or build up the teeth in the back with veneers. This will improve the symmetry and harmony of your teeth when you smile.
