I’ve been talking with a place that does tattoo removal and when I asked about the lidocaine injection they said: “We don't do lidocaine injections for tattoo removal. You need to feel something while it's happening, that helps to indicate if it's working or not. If nothing is felt, then that will mean that the intensity needs to be increased to ensure the tattoo is actually getting removed.” But everywhere else I read seems to use the injections. What’s the truth?
