I bought a at home teeth whitener and i was wondering how long after you do the whiting do you have to wait to smoke a ciggerette? The process is only 30 mins but i dont wanna make my teeth more yellow then they already are

The answer is avoid smoking for as long as you want your teeth to remain white.  Smoking is a sure way to discolor them, as well as being detrimental to your overall health.  It is not easy to quit smoking, but if you want white teeth, this should give you good reason.
