Dental bone graft 11 days ago. Dissolveable and non-dissolvable stitches. Started coming loose yesterday. Dr. said try not and pull, it would probably fall out before I see him in 3 days. I was playing w/ it so much I ended up finally pulling it out today. This happened w/ 3-4 others. Can’t lie, I kind of helped them... not sure if regular or dissolvable. Worried I messed up. Feels OK, but I worry I ruined chances of the graft sticking. Saw him 4 days ago and he said everything looked great.

The tooth could be loose due to the trauma of the treatment done to the adjacent tooth. If you had a tooth extracted, sometimes the teeth on either side will be loose for a couple of weeks. Do not wiggle it. If you are truly concerned, see your dentist for evaluation.
You had a body part removed. It's going to be painful for awhile, unfortunately. Sleep elevated on a couple of pillows. Alternate Tylenol and Ibuprofen every 3 hours. For example, take Tylenol at 12, Ibuprofen at 3, Tylenol at 6, Ibuprofen at 9, etc. You only want to use an ice pack for the...
