Periodontitis, gaps & 50% bone loss. Can I get bonding or aligners and avoid surgery? LANAP? Perioscopy? Instasmile? (Photos)

Grew up hating my gummy smile and gap. Few yrs after braces my gap reopened since I didn't get a retainer (lost insurance) so I started wearing Orabands. I was so happy at first but eventually the constant irritation to my gums caused periodontitis, loose front teeth and bone loss. I stopped wearing them 2 yrs ago. Now my gums feel tight & teeth no longer feel loose but they look bad. Gap returned plus 2 new ones. I feel so self-conscious & depressed. Perio suggests surgery but I cant afford it.
