I had Kenalog 40 (1cc) injected into my scalp (along the hairline) for traction alopecia. I had 2 treatments 6 weeks apart. 3 weeks after the 2nd treatment I noticed hair loss, skin atrophy and prominent blood vessels. 2 weeks later I had normal saline (3ml) injected to correct the skin atrophy. Will my hair ever grow back?
