Hello Juli; when the thyroidectomy was done? and was the cause of it? are two very important questions. Some thyroidectomy patients need to take some medications (like calcium, thyroid hormones,etc). A Lab checkup should be done to see if the thyroid hormones and some minerals are in normal levels, after doing an evaluation with an internal medicine Doctor and an anesthesiologist if everything is Ok your BBL can be done.Best Wishes.
