I was born without an adult tooth on my lower 2nd premolar that has had a crown on it for many years. I have some bone loss now and the tooth may need to be pulled. Is an implant my only option or would a bridge be able to take care of this? I know an implant is the best option but it’s very expensive

Even if the bridge lasts 15 years or more you are still likely to need to replace it. You may live another 30+ years. You can always shop around and find implants for a similar price to a bridge. In SB, CA I'm guessing this bridge costs $6,000-$9,000 maybe more, you may be able to find a dentist...
