I have treated many, many patients with Invisalign, who came in wearing partials. In all of these cases, it was necessary to discontinue the use of these partials. However, so the patient would not have to walk around with spaces, during their Invisalign treatment, I always place teeth in the Invisalign trays, so that when the patient is wearing their trays ( which should be 22 hours per day)the patient does not have to suffer the embarrassment of walking around with spaces in their mouth
Invisalign will straighten the teeth, and help with the overbite. The partial denture may not fit after the teeth are moved. And, the thumb sucking habit will need to end for the Invisalign treatment to be effective.
in that u have to discontinue partial denture. cosmetically it will not affect because tooth coloured composite in invisalign tray will help and it will look like yr natural teeth. over bite correction is possible with invisalign .

No, that is not possible. OPG is must to see yr bone condition and any pathology or extra impacted tooth/teeth present or not.
I have had this happen with my patients. Sometimes toward the end of the 2 week period of wearing your aligner it weakens and can develop that space. If everything else is tracking then it should be fine. You might also want to discuss this with your dentist at your next visit. Hope this helps.
Hi, Sky34! Thank you for your question and pictures. I agree that in a very short amount of time you've experienced some pulling down (i.e., extrusion) of the upper front teeth creating elongated "tooth show" and possibly increased recession. I would recommend two things: 1) Change to an extra...
