Is Plasma Pen safe for healed eczema prone skin?

I'm 35 and Type 2 on Fitzpatrick Scale. I have loose skin on my eyelids. On one eyelid I sometimes get an eczema flare-up. It's healed now - can I get plasma pen while its healed or will I never be able to receive this treatment due to the eczema-prone skin cells?

We do lasers and rhinoplasty on the same day but if you want to be conservative wait a week or two before or after. and prep your skin!! plasma pen can leave permanent discoloration if you do not -- emeragecosmetics enlighten peel or emerageskin aerify. Best, Dr. Emer.
