Is Plasma Pen safe for healed eczema prone skin?

I'm 35 and Type 2 on Fitzpatrick Scale. I have loose skin on my eyelids. On one eyelid I sometimes get an eczema flare-up. It's healed now - can I get plasma pen while its healed or will I never be able to receive this treatment due to the eczema-prone skin cells?

For fuller lips, you need filler. Plasma pen's results will only be temporary at best and not last as long as filler.

Plasma pen is usually not sufficient to do a breast lift. If a small amount of lifting is needed, radiofrequency treatments like Thermitight can lift. However, surgery is often needed to lift breasts since actual breast tissue is lifted and excess skin is removed..
