What are these flat raised nodules on my temple that appeared 5 days post from my PDO Barb threading brow lift? (photos)

I’m a 60 year old female, with fair type skin. 3 months ago I had PDO Barb threading brow lift and after 5 days I noticed a small flat raised nodule on my right temple which I was told could be scar tissue from a procedure I had in March called surgical outer brow lift. On the left side in between the 2 barbs I developed a strange triangle shaped lump that feels firm. I was told to massage and use heat but noticed it still seems to be visible. They don’t know what it is either.
