Got a wisdom tooth pulled out five days ago i have a small hole now inbetween the side of my jaw and cheek it is not bleeding or anything or painful just not sure. The stitch fell out two days again but didn't notice the hole til now

You should be able to chew solids at one week out. You may have some tightness in your masseter muscles at this point which is normal post wisdom tooth removal.  By thanksgiving you should be able to enjoy all food groups with absolutely no restrictions!
