Are these scabies scars and if so how to get rid? (Photo)

Hello all attached are some images I caught scabies a while back almost a year maybe even 2. I have noticed now that there are scars and spots on my legs to which when I shower become extremely red and itchy. Can you please tell me if these are scabies scars and if so how do i get rid of them?
