I have to have my front right tooth removed due to 3 failed root canals and a chronic underlying infection. Since I am forced to do dental work I would like to improve whatever I can at the same time. Should I get a single dental implant or a fixed bridge which would include my front four teeth. He says he can correct the bit of protrusion my teeth have and improve on the alignment with bridge but the implant is less invasive. I want the best overall look.

As long as you have
3 supporting and strong teeth, the bridge would not have any problem, and it
will work, no matter which material you choose. If the force of your bite is very string, maybe you could loosen it and an implant could be a good option for you.
