Had PRK done 4 months ago. Monovision. Seeing 20/25. Right still not clear to distance. Is it too early for a redo?

20/25 is great vision! The vision may continue to become more crisp/sharp as the eye heals and your brain adapts to the monovision. It is probably too early to consider any retreat options especially with a VA of 20/25.

Because PRK takes a longer time to heal, four months post-operative is too early to enhance.  The eye is still healing and changing.  Waiting until the eye is done healing and the vision has completely stabilized is recommended.
