i had my breast implants almost 3 weeks ago and already had sex I'm nervous that maybe one of them popped I have saline the left one seems more swollwen then the right one

Answer: Breast implant rupture? Highly unlikely. Increased swelling may be related to the sexual activity–you may want to take it easy for a while. Rupture of the implants would require significant force, unlikely to be sustained during sexual activity. If there is a leak you will notice a decrease in size/increase in rippling that will occur slowly (or occasionlly rapidly). See your physician for direct examination if you remain concerned.
