my age is 26.. my breast size is 32.. my breast are saggy and there is gap between my breast... my body weight is 50kg... i want to increase my breast size naturally, firm them and reduce the gap naturally with the help of home remedies... is it possible in this age?

My recommendation is to trim it or remove it.  In order for your body to dissolve a stitch, inflammation is required.  The more inflammation, the longer it takes your scar to look good.  If it is a lot of trouble to go back, don't worry, it will likely fall off without consequence.

In many surgeon's hands including my own, the Benelli procedure has the least likely long term predictability compared to other techniques. Use of a non permanent suture such as PDS is possible, but may lead to even more unpredictability over the long term. If in doubt seek a second opinion.

Thanks for the question. You should be able to go on vacation by 3-4 weeks after your surgery. But this is valid only with assuming postoperative recovery is uneventful. If any unexpected incident happens in your treatment process, this time can be extended or shortened. I wish you all the best.
