I am a cancer survivor for 15 years without having chemo and radiation. I was on medication for five years.

Liposuction of the arms works great in most cases if you don't have a lot of excess skin. It sounds like it would work in your case. I would recommend losing the rest of the weight first as you will get a better result long term.
