I am less then a month into my invisaligners and my teeth have turned yellow really badly, what is wrong?

The discoloration must be on the surface. Are you brushing after every meal? Your dentist can clean this away in an instant. Also you might consider placing whitening agents in your aligners. Your teeth will whiten but also any surface deposits will bleach as well.
