Chronic telogen effluvium. 6 months of Minoxidil and Spironolactone, no improvement. Is there anything else I can do? (Photo)

Hi. I'm a 36 year old woman. I used a steroid (oxandrolone) for 7 days and my hair began to fall very severely. The loss has lasted for 10 months. I was diagnosed with chronic telogen effluvium. I am using minoxidil and taking spironolactone 100 mg for 6 months without any improvement. Is there anything else I can do or will I have to live with this sentence?
