Side of face is swollen, pain in gums above incisor. Should I discontinue Invisalign treatment?

On tray 6, had pain, dentist did a scan, said it must be sinus swelling(the tooth is up into the palate). Went back to tray 5 for a week, was fine. Tried tray 6 again, same problem, did a scan, sinus infection, got meds, everything was totally fine. Tried tray 6 again, and now there is swelling in my face - in my smile line and my teeth are quite painful. I do t have a runny nose. And I’m also working in Chile right now. Please advise
