What I mean when I ask "are they not the issue?" In reference to if my upper front teeth are the problem needing to be fixed by trimming them down even with the rest of my uppers OR if the two teeth on either side of the front two the problem, because maybe they're possibly too short (proportionally speaking) and instead of trimming I would actually benefit from aquiering some kind of false additions to the upper teeth that are shorter than my two front teeth?
